SUP Yoga

Each class is around 90 Min and begins with Sup basics to get you familiar with the equipment and safety of practicing on the water. Once your ready to test out your sea legs we load up the boards and take a short paddle to a quiet and secluded space for our practice on the water.

Although this class may offer a new perspective to your practice, you can still except to receive the same class structure as an in studio offering; breath work, asana, meditation and ending with a peaceful svansana. We close our time together with some play time to try out any poses on the board your itching to do, or to paddle around and enjoy the outdoor space.

All classes are tentative to the weather cooperating. If there is a cancellation you will be notified 2 hours before the class start time.

Sutra Sangha

Yoga Sutra Sangha

This monthly online gathering will allow us to dive in and explore the texts of the Yoga Sutras. In addition, we will have time for questions and discussion to help expand our own personal understanding of the text.

Although it is recommended to have the book The Path of the Yoga Sutras by Nicolai Bachman, it is not required. Any version of the Yoga Sutras may be suitable. In addition, if you do not have access to a book please reach out by using the Contact section of this site.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow

This evening class creatively uses vinyasa influences to sequence flows that focus on breath work and movement, while cultivating an openness to be present in the moment. The class finishes up with a deep relaxation and is a great way to realign and reconnect during the week.

This class is open to all levels and most often offers modifications to many of the poses.

This class takes place outdoors and is dependent on the cooperation of the weather. Class may be cancelled two hours before hand if need be. If cancellation occurs this class will be held via Zoom.
