
Awakening your life to purpose is a four week virtual series designed to help you discover how to live a life full of purpose. Together we will explore what stands in our way of living meaningful lives as well as develop the skills to source the wisdom in our every day experiences This series will support you through your journey with a live community, coaching, and a practical understanding of applying yoga asana and wisdom.
All live sessions will take place over Zoom and will be recorded. If you are unable to attend the live session, the recorded content and one on one coaching session will be made available to you for your participation.

Yoga for Living: Satsang and practice
This unique class offers an opportunity to explore the connection between yoga and everyday life. Class begins with Satsang, a group discussion on topics such as yoga philosophy, ethics, spirituality, and personal growth. After the Satsang, we will move into a practice that is guided by the energy of the class which may include asana (physical postures), meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help you integrate and explore the teachings from our discussion. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner this class will offer you a space to deepen your connection, appreciation, and understanding of how yoga can make an impact in our every day life.
