This evening class creatively uses vinyasa influences to sequence flows that focus on breath work and movement, while cultivating an openness to be present in the moment. The class finishes up with a deep relaxation and is a great way to realign and reconnect during the week.
This class is open to all levels and most often offers modifications to many of the poses.
This class takes place outdoors and is dependent on the cooperation of the weather. Class may be cancelled two hours before hand if need be. If cancellation occurs this class will be held via Zoom.
