SUP Yoga

Each class is around 90 Min and begins with Sup basics to get you familiar with the equipment and safety of practicing on the water. Once your ready to test out your sea legs we load up the boards and take a short paddle to a quiet and secluded space for our practice on the water.

Although this class may offer a new perspective to your practice, you can still except to receive the same class structure as an in studio offering; breath work, asana, meditation and ending with a peaceful svansana. We close our time together with some play time to try out any poses on the board your itching to do, or to paddle around and enjoy the outdoor space.

All classes are tentative to the weather cooperating. If there is a cancellation you will be notified 2 hours before the class start time.
